Laser Cutting

Tooling-free cutting for custom shapes, openings, and prototypes. If you can draw it, we can cut it — stencils, unique shapes, custom openings, and more.

Overview

Laser cutting uses a focused beam to cut metal to precise custom profiles — outlines, slots, windows, and openings — with no dedicated tooling. That makes it fast and economical for custom shapes, prototypes, and low-to-medium volumes.

Since there is no tooling to build, design changes can be quick and cost-effective, which is ideal during prototyping and short runs.

How It Works

A cut profile is generated from your drawing.

The laser cuts the outline and any interior openings from sheet stock.

Parts are inspected to tolerance.

Parts move on to marking, printing, or finishing as needed.
