Overview
When a nameplate has to survive heat, chemicals, salt spray, or constant washdown, stainless steel is the answer. Etched & filled stainless keeps its legibility in conditions that would destroy a printed plate, which is why it’s a staple in energy, marine, and process industries.
We typically work in 304 and 316 stainless and finish parts by chemical etching or laser marking, depending on contrast and permanence requirements.
