Laser Engraving / Marking

Permanent, high-resolution marks with no consumables — ideal for serialization and small runs.

Overview

Laser engraving and marking use a focused beam to permanently alter the surface of a part — annealing, etching, or engraving it — with no inks or consumables. It produces crisp, high-resolution marks and excels at serialization, barcodes, and stainless data plates.

Because it is fully CNC-controlled, laser marking is ideal for variable data such as sequential serial numbers, barcodes, and QR codes.

How It Works

Your file and variable data are loaded into the laser system.

The beam anneals, etches, or engraves the surface to the required depth.

Sequential numbers, barcodes, or QR codes are applied on the fly.

Parts are verified for legibility and scan accuracy.
